Return to the list of guests who have appeared on Bullseye

Here are pictures and details of all of Eric Bristow's appearances on Bullseye. Eric Bristow definitely appeared in series 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12. He also appeared in the Christmas episodes of series 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10. Given that all* the professionals who appeared in Christmas episodes also appeared in the same series in a non-Christmas episode, it is very likely that Eric Bristow also appeared in the non-Christmas episodes of series 3 and 6. (*That is to say, all the professionals who I have all the information for.) In which case, Eric Bristow appeared in 19 episodes of Bullseye, which is the highest number of appearances for a professional. (Chris Lazarenko is next with 15 appearances). Bully the Bullseye mascot seems to have been based on Eric Bristow, so maybe Bristow's high number of appearances was in gratitude for that.

In Jim Bowen's much-told tale of two contestants who became drunk and annoying, he said that the professional in that episode was Eric Bristow. That episode was scrapped and never broadcast. Therefore, one of these episodes is lost forever.

Eric Bristow was good at darts, but he also had a talent for appearing in episodes for which I don't have pictures.

Series 10: There is a blue sofa on a blue platform, and the central section of the audience is much wider than the platform.
